CONCRETE COOLING

For RCC applications, Vietserve offers an excellent system supplying a measured dosage of flake ice to the concrete batching plant. The result is concrete delivered at the desired temperature to ensure fast setting, essential for a continuous pour.

Vietserve is able to offer a complete turnkey package which includes icemakers, screw conveyor delivery system, ice storage and rake systems, industrial compressor, condenser and evaporator systems, falling film heat exchangers and all structural requirements. If required this package can be containerized for easy relocation.

Our engineers are able to calculate heat loads of base aggregates, required volume and ice temperatures and link the ice delivery system to the batching plant control panels to allow automatic control of the package.

SERVICE UPDATE

In operation since 1994, our service centre offers a complete range of service, parts and warranty for our customers products. We can also offer Maintenance Contracts which will give our customers peace of mind knowing that there will be no unexpected breakdowns from worn parts. Breakdowns can cause large losses if product quality is affected and a maintenance contract is a small price to pay for reliability. Furthermore, well maintained equipment will always sell in the used market for a much higher price.
