Vogele Service/Parts Customer visits

Vietserve was pleased to welcome Andreas Laumann, Area Service Manager, and Alexander Weber, Spare Parts Sales, from Vogele Germany (part of the Wirtgen Group) to Vietnam.

During their visit to customers throughout Vietnam they were able to inspect many Vogele asphalt pavers operating at job sites around the country. Many discussions were held with owners and operators concerning maintenance tips, parts quotes and even suggestions on optimal operating of the machines to take advantage of the latest technology.

All customers were very pleased to receive these high level visitors who stayed in Vietnam for over a week. As a result our customers have gained a greater understanding of the support services Vietserve is able to offer in partnership with Wirtgen and the importance of buying original parts. One customer was shocked to discover that their new box of Wirtgen parts imported through an independent trader were in fact fake parts of very low quality. It was money wasted as these parts will not perform. They agreed it would be best to order through Vogele’s representative in Vietnam, Vietserve Technology and are preparing a replacement order as well as an overhaul of one of their older pavers at our HCMC service centre.
