Recycler machines mill the ground and add in binders (cement/lime). Cold recycling is the technique whereby the carriageway pavement is milled up and added together with a binder (cement/bitumen emulsion) to form a new base course. The Soil stabilisation process entails the modification of moist soil so as to permit compaction. The pavers are produced in Germany using the latest technologies to enhance the performance for the end user.
